WHAT IS AN O&M?
An O&M is an inspection performed by a septic professional. An O&M may be required by the local health department depending on the area you live (near a body of water, wetland, ect.) or multi unit dwelling (duplex, triplex, ect.). These inspections may be required every six months, every year, or every three years depending on circumstances.
These inspections are important in order to ensure the longevity of the system and protect the environment as well as people from potentially dangerous waste. We offer inspection services on a variety of systems from simple gravity systems, to systems such as mounds, and sand filters. In most cases we can have a technician out same day or next day. We will perform the inspection and file it with the county the same day as the inspection. Give us a call and we can set up an appointment.
